Clean, full and on time
Every cruet is washed, dried and refilled between stays, and sealed before delivery. We aim to have it at your accommodation before you arrive.
If anything is wrong with your set, tell us and we'll replace it the next day at no charge.

Where do you deliver?
Holiday lets, cottages, static caravans, canal boats and glamping pods across Great Britain. If you're not sure we cover your area, email us your postcode before booking.
How do you get the cruet into the property?
We can leave it with your host or key-safe, or post it to arrive before you do. Tell us what works for your accommodation when you book.
What if I run out?
Dash includes one refill and The Full Rack includes unlimited refills. On Pinch, we'll top you up for £1.
How are the cruets cleaned?
Each set is emptied, washed, fully dried and refilled with fresh seasoning between stays, then sealed until it reaches you.
Can I keep the cruet?
Yes. You can buy the set at the end of your stay instead of returning it.
Can I cancel?
You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your check-in date.
Is the salt iodised?
Pinch uses iodised table salt. Dash and The Full Rack use sea salt flakes, and you can request iodised salt instead when you book.
